Staffing Proxy is an inclusive staffing agency located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This business is centered around connecting talented workers to exceptional employers.
We love projects where we get to start completely from scratch. It’s so excited to be able to work with the owner of a business to find out what their vision is for the brand and business and bring it all to life.
We started by creating a logo centered around the idea of make connections. From there we worked to create an overall brand message that felt inclusive, approachable and fun while still being professional and informative.
With a brand in place we then created an accessible, responsive site that would help job seekers and employers find connect.
There were two main audiences for this site and we wanted to make sure they had clear, easy paths to get to what we needed. Right away we ensured this within the main navigation and throughout the calls to action on the home page.
In order to keep to the budget set we found graphics that we were able to manipulate to perfectly match our brand direction.
Lastly, we pulled in the client’s current business tools to make job postings and appointment scheduling seamless.
